Marina Bay Sands


Marina Bay Sands is a business, resort and entertainment complex built on an area of ​​15.49 Ha invested by billionaire Sheldon Adelson, general manager of Las Vegas Sands. Marina Bay Sands consists of 3 different towers, each tower is 55 floors high and is connected by a rooftop park area - designed like the shape of a yacht. There is also a blooming lotus museum, shops, theaters, cinemas, and a super large, super modern casino.

The main functional areas of the work: 1. Hotel - consists of 2,560 luxurious rooms in three towers of the project, totaling 265,683 m2.
2. Sands SkyPark - the three towers of the building are connected to each other at an altitude of 200m by a 9,941 m2 park, including the public observatory area, jogging track, green garden, restaurant, waiting room, and "infinity" pool. This tropical oasis is longer than the height of the Eiffel Tower and is about the same size as the 10 Olympic standard swimming pools. 340m in length from the northern tip to the south. The largest width of the park is 40m. The "hanging garden" stretches out into space from the first tower about 65 meters forming one of the largest conson structures in the world. The 1,396 m2 swimming pool is the largest outdoor pool at a height of 145m with a water-like design of the sky, 3 times longer than the length of an Olympic pool. The entire park can accommodate up to 3,900 active people. The park's lush garden has 250 trees and 650 plants.

The system of shops at Marina Bay Sand includes retail spaces and restaurants with an area of ​​more than 74,322 m2. 5. Sands Expo Convention Center - with an area of ​​121,000 m2 used for exhibition space, has one of the largest ballrooms in Asia with an area of ​​8,000 m2 and a capacity of up to 11,000 people. 6. Science Art Museum - has an area of ​​15,000 m2 with 6,000 m2 for the space of collections.
9. Plaza Event - covers an area of ​​5,000 m2 and accommodates 10,000 people for a diverse range of live performances domestically and internationally.
7. Theater - two theaters with an area of ​​21,980 m2 with 4,000 seats. 8. Crystal Pavilions - with an area of ​​5,914 m2 including shops, night clubs, this is the first area with glass and steel structures established in Marina Bay.
