Lang Song Seminary

The Minor Seminary was built with Gothic architecture, the most familiar is the architecture of many large churches, monasteries and parish churches of Europe. The front of the church is quite similar to the architecture of St. Church. Paul, in Macau.

The entire church is located in the middle of the mound and all its architectural features remain intact to this day. The central room is the oldest part of the church. The River bed was later used as a seminary to provide training for priests.

No one knows when the church was built. It is said that a ceremony was held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Lang Song seminary on January 14, 1964.

Certainly, it has existed for at least 165 years. Opposite to the central room, two blocks are used for seminars built with French architecture. The Lang Song Seminary has been inactive since 1983, but it is still of interest.

The church, therefore, shows no signs of destruction. People who have the opportunity to visit the Lang Song church can have an unforgettable experience. From the outside, looking at the front, the cathedral combines with the symmetrical two-story buildings to create the appearance and majesty.

Lang Song Seminary and Nuoc Man missionary establishment are two places associated with the formation and development of the Vietnam national language.

Today, the minor seminary campus also has the foundation of the Lang Song printing house. On the sides are two old buildings for students. It was built with French style architecture, yellow limestone walls, hallway with columns and arches on the balcony.

In particular, in front of the yard are hundreds of year-old star trees planted in a straight line to create a beautiful landscape, including many big trees to several arms hug ...
